About Melissa

Skilled Virtual Support Professional with over 18 years Experience 


I started my administrative support career in 2005 as a Legal Assistant, helping keep a busy real estate, corporate, and estate legal practice running smoothly.

After having children, I started my own entrepreneurial journey with a photography business that operated for 5 years.


During that time, I also worked part time in the medical field, as a health care aide, before moving into non-profit work as the sole fundraising & development co-ordinator for an entire district.

After a few years, I ventured into something new with an online health & fitness business. It was while working as a health coach that I began my Virtual Assistant business in 2016, supporting top level coaches within that business.

Since then, I've branched out to support other entrepreneurs and businesses in industries such as Tourism, Oil & Gas, Mechanical, Retail, and more.

I love to create simple systems that help entrepreneurs streamline & organize their businesses in a way that allows for easy duplication moving forward. I want to help you find ways to automate & delegate in your business so that you have more time for what truly matters.


I live (most of the time) in rural Alberta with my husband of 16 years and our two teenage boys. We have a (almost literal) zoo of animals that we love and we enjoy being outdoors & adventuring.


In the summer months, I live in an RV in Southern Alberta in the mountains where my true wild self shines. We hike, kayak, fish, and explore this beautiful area every chance that we get.

Our family's mission is to work to play. Creating long lasting memories, with our kids, through adventure is the most important thing to my husband and I. This is one of the reasons that I love to help other business owners find more time through systems & automation -- so they too can spend more time creating memories with the ones they love!
