A VIP Day is a dedicated block of up to 6 hours where we focus exclusively on your business.
Think of it as having your own on-demand online business manager and virtual assistant rolled into one, here to knock out the project that’s been holding you back or map out a strategy that finally gets you unstuck.

How It Works
Step 1 – Apply for Your VIP Day
Fill out the VIP Day application form with your project details, preferred dates and priorities

Step 2 – Date Confirmation & Booking
We will review your application and be in touch to confirm your date. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a service agreement and invoice to secure your booking

Step 3 – Pre-Day Collaboration Session
Before your VIP Day, we’ll schedule a 30-minute call to clarify your goals, outline priorities, and make sure everything we need (logins, content, files) is ready to go

Step 4 – Your Custom Action Plan
We will create a tailored action plan for your project so we start the day with complete clarity and focus

Step 5 – VIP Day
On your booked day, we will dedicate 6 hours exclusively to your business with focused progress on your goals

Step 6 – Wrap-Up & Next Steps
At the end of your VIP Day, you’ll receive a summary of completed tasks, recommendations, and next steps.

Payments & Cancellations

Payment is due in full 48 hours before your VIP Day to secure your booking. Unpaid invoices will result in cancellation

No refunds are available for VIP Days

A VIP Day can be rescheduled once, provided you give at least 2 business days’ notice before your scheduled date

Reschedule requests made with less than 2 business days’ notice will result in forfeiting the day and 50% of the fee paid
FAQs
Do I need to be a current client to book a VIP Day?
Not at all. Many clients book a VIP Day as a stand-alone service to knock out a project or two. Others use it as a way to “test-drive” working together before committing to ongoing support.

How do I choose my date?
When you apply, you’ll provide your preferred dates (currently Saturdays or Sundays). I’ll review your application, confirm availability, and then send a contract and invoice to secure your spot.

What if I need more than one day?
You can book two VIP Days within the same month for a larger project. We’ll use one collaboration call and one custom action plan to cover both days, so everything stays seamless.

Do I need to be available the whole day?
Nope, just make sure you’re reachable by email or text for quick approvals or clarifications.

What if we don’t finish everything?
You’ll receive a clear summary of what’s left and recommendations for moving forward. You can choose to implement the remaining items yourself or book an additional VIP Day.

What happens if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, you can do so once, as long as you give me at least 2 business days’ notice. If less notice is given, the day will be forfeited and 50% of your fee will be retained. Please note that VIP Days are non-refundable.

Do you offer half VIP Days?
No. The value of a VIP Day is in the momentum that comes from having a full day of focused time.
